Jennifer Perry is an accomplished pharmaceutical Quality leader with over two decades of experience spanning R&D, quality systems, and controlled substance compliance in both generic commercial and 503B outsourcing environments. She currently serves as the Regional Head of Quality at Unichem Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., where she provides strategic direction and oversight for Quality operations across the organization’s U.S. business.

Prior to joining Unichem, Jennifer was the U.S. Region Head of Quality at Aurobindo Pharma, where she led quality initiatives supporting manufacturing, distribution, and compliance programs across multiple US sites. Earlier in her career, she held key leadership roles in the startup of Pentec Pharma’s 503B, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Ohm Laboratories, Aurolife Pharma and Schwartz Pharma

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, where she was awarded a research position with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a Bachelor’s of Science Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Ohio University.
