Frank Aguilar joined Unichem Pharmaceuticals in 2024, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in generic, brand, and specialty pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, he has held national account positions and has been recognized with multiple sales awards while working with leading pharmaceutical companies such as Schein Pharmaceuticals (now part of Watson) and Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America.
Frank has managed global, national, regional, and GPO accounts, and his expertise extends to international markets, including the Dominican Republic, Peru, and Puerto Rico, where he successfully launched generic, brand, and injectable/specialty product lines.
Beyond his professional achievements, Frank is actively involved in international mission work, local churches, and the Boy Scouts of America. He also served for several years as a board member of his local YMCA branch in the Tampa Bay area, where he resides with his family.
