Kaitlin is a strategic leader with over 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She believes that collaboration, innovation, and data analytics are the building blocks to successful business partnerships. She is a goal driven professional, focused on maximizing sales, and building strong relationships with all Classes of Trade (COT). Kaitlin has expertise in account development, as well as product management, marketing, and operations.
Prior to her time at Unichem, Kaitlin was a part of the team that launched Citron Pharma into the US Generic Market. She held various roles in Sales and Marketing during her time there. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2013. Shortly thereafter, she completed Rutgers University’s Mini MBA Program in BioPharma Innovation.
