Scott Butchley brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Scott has held key roles in Human Resources and Organizational Development at companies such as Cardinal Health, Jubilant Cadista, Heritage and Unichem Pharmaceuticals. His experience has provided him with a deep understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, regulatory, marketing, and sales, with particular focus on solid dose, sterile products, injectables, and contract packaging / manufacturing services.

Scott also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant with Strong Leader, LLC, supporting clients such as Baxter, Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals and Catalent with leadership and execution coaching, performance management, compensation and rewards programs, and support for reorganizational efforts. He is skilled in organizational development, human capital planning, aligning and right-sizing organizations, developing strategic business plans, and performing mergers and acquisition assessments.

Scott holds a BS in Safety Sciences at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed a Human Resources Certificate Program with New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also a US Army Veteran.
